Mira Lago Phase I (21.72 Acres) and Mira Lago Phase II (15.38 Acres) located on Palmer Ranch Boulevard is a 138 unit zero lot line single family subdivision. Minder & Associates Engineering Corporation (M&A) provided all of the Land Planning for roads, treatment and retention facilities and the layout of the single-family lots. M&A was the owner's representative for the rezoning and development order for the project including environmental determinations for wetlands and dredge and fill permitting through the Department of Environmental Protection.
M&A provided the surveying services for the topographic and boundary surveys.
M&A prepared the Land Plan based on a conceptual plan prepared by the architect, the Engineering Design with all of the drawings prepared on AutoCAD and using AdICPR for pond routing and drainage calculations, Cypernet for watermain and fire hydrant calculations, and Softdesk for all earthwork calculations.
M&A obtained all of the permits including the Dredge & Fill permits from the Department of Environmental Protection, the environmental permits from the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD), the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), and the Army Corps. Of Engineers (ACOE).
M&A obtained the sewer & water permits from the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), the Sarasota County Health Department (SCHD) and the Sarasota County Environmental Services Business Center.
M&A obtained the Stormwater Management permits from the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) and the Sarasota County Public Works Business Centers Stormwater Division.
M&A did all of the construction staking, construction administration, final inspections and final certifications for the project.
After completion of the construction, M&A prepared the final plat, set the Permanent Reference Monuments (PRM) and Permanent Control Points (PCP) and filed the final plat.
M&A then prepared the boundary surveys for individual lots, prepared the site plan, did the building stakeout, the foundation plan and the final survey for the builder.
