Park Forest Phase III is a 28.17 acre, 79 unit single family zero lot line subdivision locate north of Dearborn Street and running east and west between S. R. 776 and Pine Street in South Sarasota County, Florida.
Minder & Associates Engineering Corporation became involved in this project after another engineering firm had completed the engineering design and submitted the plans and specifications to the regulatory agencies for approval. Our firm reviewed all of the engineering design, made changes to put it in compliance with the Land Development Ordinances of Sarasota County. Our firm prepared the boundary survey and final subdivision plat for this project.
After approval by all of the regulatory agencies, our firm assisted our client in the bidding phase of the project.
After award of the construction contracts, our firm did all of the construction administration including construction stakeout, review of partial pay estimates, periodic construction observation, preparation of as-built plans and final certifications.
After completion and acceptance of all the improvements, we set all of the permanent reference markers, permanent control points, set corners on all of the individual lots, prepared boundary surveys, site plans, house stakeouts, foundation plans and final surveys.
